Who we are

AI Training Philippines (aitrainingphilippines.com) is an independently run directory of AI training programs in the Philippines, operated from the Philippines. For any privacy request, contact us through the details on this site.

What we collect, and why

• Forms you submit. When you fill out our inquiry form, the workshop notify form, a waitlist, the corporate proposal form, the listing submission form, or the newsletter signup, we collect what you type: typically your name, email address, and the answers or details you provide (such as your role, goal, budget, company, or program information). We use it only to do what the form says: reply to your inquiry with matching programs, notify you when new workshops open, send a proposal, verify a listing, or send the newsletter.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, buttons clicked). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
• Form processing. Forms are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider's form service. Submissions are stored there and forwarded to us.

Consent

Every form on this site includes an explicit consent checkbox stating what your data will be used for. We do not use your data for purposes beyond the one you consented to, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, including training providers listed in the directory.

Your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012

As a data subject you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission, to rectify your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these (including asking what we hold about you or asking us to delete it), contact us and we will act on the request within the periods the law requires.

Retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purpose you submitted them for (for example, until a waitlisted workshop is scheduled and communicated, or a proposal conversation ends), after which they are deleted from our active systems.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted encrypted and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

Third-party links

Directory listings link to providers' official pages. Their sites have their own privacy policies; this policy covers only aitrainingphilippines.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted in the newsletter.
