Last verified 2026-08-29 · real peso prices from each provider's own page, including the free routes and the popular course that no longer exists.
Search for digital marketing courses in the Philippines and you will get a wall of listicles recommending the same free Google course. That course was retired. Its old home now redirects elsewhere, and it is not in Google's current catalog, which tells you how carefully most of those lists are maintained.
Here is what is actually available in 2026, with published prices where providers publish them, and a clear line between the genuinely free options and the free trials that quietly become subscriptions.

Digital marketing is unusual among professional skills: the platform owners give away high-quality training because they want you fluent in their products. Take advantage of that before paying anyone.
Google Skillshop offers free product certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, and YouTube. These are the credentials PH employers and agencies actually recognize on a junior CV, and they cost nothing. Start at skillshop.exceedlms.com.
e-TESDA hosts a free Digital Marketing Level III course with modules on content creation, campaign visibility, and the digital marketing funnel. No tuition, no registration fee, certificate of completion included. Find it on e-tesda.gov.ph.
DICT SPARK runs free government-funded tracks including Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Virtual Assistance, and Graphic Design. The catch worth knowing: it is requested by an agency, LGU, or school group rather than open individual enrollment, with cohorts capped around 25 and priority for PWDs, women, MSMEs, out-of-school youth, and OFWs.
Google Digital Garage's "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" is the single most-recommended free digital marketing course in Philippine blog posts. Its old address now returns a permanent redirect to grow.google, and the course is not in Google's current Skillshop catalog. If a listicle in 2026 is still sending you there, that is a reliable sign it has not been checked in years.
The current equivalents are Google Skillshop for product certifications, or the Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Professional Certificate on Coursera. Note that the Coursera route is not free in the Philippines: it runs about USD 20 a month after a 7-day trial, though financial aid exists.
Price: ₱990 a month. Mapua Malayan Digital College delivers the Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce certificate and Meta's Social Media Marketing certificate through Coursera under its own subscription, typically finishing in about three months.
Why it beats going to Coursera directly: at roughly ₱990 versus about USD 20 a month, plus a local institution's enrollment record, this is the better-value path to the same credential for most Filipino learners.
Honest caveat: self-paced with no cohort. If you have started and abandoned online courses before, budget for that risk.

Certified Digital Marketer, run by ELearning Edge, Inc. out of Pasig City, is the most established paid digital marketing certification brand in the Philippines. It publishes real prices, which is more than most competitors do.
The programs and list prices, all plus VAT:
Worth knowing: CDM runs periodic sales, and we have seen the ₱39,490 programs discounted to around ₱23,694. If the list price is your blocker, check the promotions page before booking, and consider a ₱6,490 masterclass first to sample the teaching style.

Price: ₱15,000 Early Eagle until 10 November 2026, then ₱16,500 regular. Six Zoom sessions on 24, 25, 27 November and 1, 2, 4 December 2026, 5:00 to 8:30 PM.
Who it fits: People who want live instruction and a recognized university name at roughly half CDM's list price. Evening sessions work around a day job.
One caution: Ateneo CCE's site also carries a page for a "DMI PRO" certification showing 2023 dates and a long-expired early-bird deadline. Do not plan around it without confirming directly; stale pages on legitimate sites are a common trap.

The Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines comes up in almost every search for local digital marketing training. It is a real, active organization, and its conferences and community events are worth attending for the network.
But as published, DMAP runs events and communities rather than a course catalog. Its programs page lists the Boomerang Awards, Digicon, DMXrs, and members' meetups, with no course schedule or prices. If you want structured training, the providers above are where to look. If you want industry connections, join DMAP for that instead. Both are legitimate, they are just different purchases.
Every program above was checked against the provider's own official page on 29 August 2026. We exclude programs we cannot confirm are currently running, which is why Google Digital Garage and the stale Ateneo DMI PRO page appear here as warnings rather than recommendations. Where a price carries VAT or is a list price subject to promotions, we say so.

From free to ₱39,490 plus VAT. Google Skillshop and e-TESDA's Digital Marketing Level III are genuinely free. MMDC delivers Google and Meta certificates at ₱990 a month. Ateneo CCE runs ₱15,000 to ₱16,500 for six live sessions. CDM's full certification programs list at ₱39,490 plus VAT, with shorter programs at ₱27,490 and masterclasses at ₱6,490.
Not the one most articles recommend. Google Digital Garage's "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" has been retired, its old address redirects to grow.google, and it is not in the current Skillshop catalog. Google Skillshop still offers free certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, and YouTube, and the Google Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Certificate on Coursera costs about USD 20 a month in the Philippines after a 7-day trial.
Yes. Google Skillshop product certifications are free. The TESDA Online Program hosts a free Digital Marketing Level III course with no tuition or registration fee. DICT SPARK runs free government-funded digital marketing and social media tracks, though these are requested by an agency, LGU, or school group rather than through individual enrollment.
Not as a published course catalog. The Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines is active and runs conferences and community events including the Boomerang Awards and Digicon, but its programs page lists events rather than training with schedules and prices. Join it for the industry network, and look to CDM, Ateneo CCE, MMDC, or the free routes for structured courses.
Google's product certifications through Skillshop are the most widely recognized for junior roles and cost nothing. For a fuller local credential, CDM has the most established paid certification brand in the Philippines. University-badged options from Ateneo CCE carry weight in corporate settings.
