Best Automation Courses in the Philippines (2026)

Automation training is the strangest market in this directory. The two best curricula available to Filipinos, from UiPath and Microsoft, are completely free and self-paced. The paid instructor-led courses are priced for enterprise procurement, not individuals. And the certification many people are still studying for was retired in June 2026.

So the honest advice is unusual for a page like this: for most people, do not buy anything yet. Here is the full picture.

UiPath Academy: the strongest free curriculum

If you want to work in robotic process automation, this is the starting point, and it is hard to justify paying for an introductory RPA course before you have exhausted it.

What you get: over 500 courses with structured role paths for Automation Developer, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Test Automation Engineer, and Process Mining Developer, plus an Agentic Automation Associate learning plan reflecting where the field is moving. UiPath's Community edition is also free, so you can build and run real automations while you learn.

Price: free, with an account signup. Certification exams themselves may carry a fee, but the training does not.

Honest caveat: self-paced with no cohort, and the breadth can be paralysing. Pick one role path and finish it rather than sampling.

Microsoft Power Automate: the one most Filipino offices should learn

If your workplace runs on Microsoft 365, Power Automate is likely the automation tool you already have a licence for, which makes it the highest-return skill on this page.

What you get: free Microsoft Learn paths covering Robotic Process Automation with Power Automate, the Power Automate for desktop collection, and creating and managing automated processes. Microsoft also runs a free instructor-led Automation in a Day workshop, which is a genuinely good deal for a team.

Important: the PL-500 certification (Power Automate RPA Developer Associate) was retired on 30 June 2026, per Microsoft's own study-guide notice. Plenty of PH course listings and blog posts still advertise PL-500 preparation. The learning paths remain live and useful; the exam does not exist any more. Do not pay anyone to prepare you for it.

Free government routes

e-TESDA hosts free self-paced ICT MOOCs, including AI courses delivered through a partnership with UNESCO-UNEVOC and the HP Foundation. No tuition, no registration fee. See e-tesda.gov.ph.

DICT SPARK, the successor to digitaljobsPH, runs free advanced and expert tracks including AI-Powered WordPress, Mobile App Development, and Data Analytics. It is hybrid, roughly a week in person plus an online campaign period. The important caveat: SPARK is requested by an agency, LGU, or school group, with cohorts of about 20 to 25 and priority for PWDs, women, MSMEs, out-of-school youth, and OFWs. Individuals cannot simply sign up.

LOKAL: practical AI workflow training for teams

LOKAL (lkl.ai), operating from BGC in Manila and Sydney, is the most accessible paid option here for a team that wants hands-on AI and workflow training rather than enterprise RPA engineering.

Price: AI Foundations for Teams starts from ₱3,500 per seat for public cohorts. Its other programs, including ChatGPT and Claude for Daily Work, Microsoft Copilot for Business, AI for Marketing, Sales and Ops, an AI Champions Program, and an Executive AI Briefing, are quoted rather than publicly priced, and run anywhere from two hours to a six-week program.

Who it fits: teams automating everyday knowledge work rather than building software robots.

NobleProg Philippines: read the prices carefully

NobleProg's Philippine franchise carries the broadest instructor-led RPA catalogue available locally, including UiPath Introduction, Automation Solution Architect, Automation Developer Professional, UiPath for Business Analysts, Automation Anywhere A360, Blue Prism, and RPA applied to SAP. Courses run 7 to 42 hours, live online or onsite, with scheduled dates through late 2026.

A caution we think you should have: the displayed prices are high and internally inconsistent in ways that suggest automated currency conversion rather than a fixed local rate card. Published figures we saw included roughly ₱158,000 for a 21-hour UiPath introduction, a range of about ₱52,000 to ₱280,000 on a single 7-hour course, and roughly ₱798,000 for a 28-hour course. Those are not credible as retail prices for individual learners.

How to use this: treat NobleProg's numbers as indicative starting points for a corporate quote, and negotiate. If you are an individual, the free UiPath Academy path will serve you far better than any of these.

What we deliberately left out

Several things commonly appear on automation course lists that we could not verify as currently available, so we are not recommending them:

• Microsoft PL-500 exam preparation. The certification was retired 30 June 2026.
• Google Digital Garage. Retired; its address redirects elsewhere.
• Zapier and Make academies. Their public learning catalog pages did not resolve when we checked, so we cannot confirm what is currently offered. Both tools remain excellent; we simply cannot vouch for a specific course.
• Eskwelabs RPA courses. Eskwelabs lists automation as a corporate training skill area but has no public automation course or price. It belongs on our data analytics page, not this one.
• International brokers with a local page. Some providers marketing PH automation courses are foreign companies with a regional microsite and no published prices. We flag rather than list those.

Which one should you pick?

• You want an RPA career: UiPath Academy, one role path, finished. Free.
• You want to automate your own office work: Microsoft Learn's Power Automate paths, plus the free Automation in a Day workshop if you can get your team into one.
• You are training a team on practical AI workflows: LOKAL, from ₱3,500 a seat.
• You are procuring enterprise RPA training: NobleProg for the catalogue breadth, treating listed prices as opening quotes.
• You are an LGU, school, or agency: request a DICT SPARK cohort. It costs nothing.
